If the barrier is not removed, the issue will be re-submitted for consideration by the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission with a view to accepting the notification of the need to fulfill the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014. "

Recall that Russian drug manufacturers have limited access to participation in government procurement of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In a union state, there are legislative restrictions on the admission of Russian pharmaceutical manufacturers to participate in government procurement.

The only distributor (SK-Pharmacy LLP), which purchases drugs at the expense of budget funds, rejects applications from Russian drug manufacturers with reference to Government Resolution No. 1729 of October 30, 2009 “On Approval of the Rules for Organizing and Procurement of Medicines, prophylactic (immunobiological, diagnostic, disinfectant) drugs, medical devices and medical equipment, pharmaceutical services to provide a guaranteed amount of free medical care. "

In this regard, the Association of Russian Pharmaceutical Manufacturers sent an appeal to the Ministry of Economic Development and the Ministry of Industry and Trade: "The impediments in the Republic of Kazakhstan create unequal conditions for the circulation of medicines in the single Eurasian market and contradict the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union."

It is good that we are not alone, we were supported by colleagues from the fraternal EAEU countries.
